After graduating from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, Jason began his insurance career with Aflac, where he quickly distinguished himself as a top-performing professional and advanced into leadership and management roles. Through years of working closely with business owners and decision-makers, he recognized a growing need for comprehensive employee benefits solutions beyond supplemental insurance. This insight led him to transition into the employee benefits arena, where he expanded his expertise in medical insurance, group health plans, ancillary benefits, and workforce benefits strategy.

Outside of his professional life, Jason is a devoted husband and father who loves to cook and entertain people. He has been married to his wife, Tonya, for 20 years, and together they have two daughters, Addison and Ella, who are the pride and joy of his life.
