My Story
Born and raised in the heart of Acadiana, Joschlyn Simon has always valued the importance of community, relationships, and serving others. A former Huval from Cecilia, Louisiana, she now proudly calls Kaplan home, where she lives with her husband of 27 years, Brad. Together, they have raised two remarkable sons, Bronson and Jake, who continue to be her greatest source of pride and inspiration.
Before entering the insurance industry, Joschlyn enjoyed a successful 26-year career in the telecommunications field, where she built a reputation for exceptional customer service, problem-solving, and creating meaningful relationships with clients. Throughout her career, she discovered that the most rewarding part of her work was helping people find solutions and providing dependable support when they needed it most. Those same values continue to guide her today.
