Matthew Fontenot
After graduating from Louisiana College, I began my career in education as a teacher and coach at Breaux Bridge High School.
After several years, I realized my true calling was elsewhere, leading me to begin my insurance career with Aflac 15 years ago. During my time there, I became a top producer for many years, building a strong foundation in sales, customer service, and client relationships.
My Story
Throughout my career, I recognized the importance of continually expanding my knowledge and expertise so I could provide greater value to my clients. I have always believed in going above and beyond, putting my clients’ needs first, and doing what is right in every situation. My passion is building long-term relationships based on trust, integrity, and service. My goal is to provide the guidance, knowledge, and support my clients need to make informed decisions with confidence and peace of mind.
Outside of my insurance career, I am proud to be a fifth-generation cattleman. Alongside my two daughters and my father, I help operate a respected cow-calf operation with a strong reputation throughout Louisiana. Agriculture has taught me the value of hard work, dedication, perseverance, and honoring the commitments I make to others.
Whether serving my insurance clients or working alongside my family in our cattle operation, I believe success is built on hard work, integrity, and a commitment to doing things the right way. These values are at the heart of everything I do, both professionally and personally.
